Good Company with Pros and Cons

Good culture, many opportunities for entry-level employees and great training/onboarding program. Some chances to travel..if you enjoy that!

Cons

Absolutely no work-life balance, supposed to be 4-10 schedule but expected to work more than 4 days and/or be on call during the weekends (this is in manufacturing)

Pros

Work schedule is 4 10's so it's nice to have every friday off. Company has an onsite gym with trainers and a company store with free supplements. Really nice people. Global company.

Cons

Corporate headquarters is in Michigan so most opportunities end up being in Michigan.

Opportunity for personal growth is high. Sam Rehnborg (CEO) is Amazing and so is the new VP, you fly to work wanting to work for them.

Cons

Some of the leadership team is abusive but not all of them. Very political environment.
