4/10 schedule. Weekly pay. Clean facility.

Cons

Politics. Sneaky behavior. No self-responsibility. Easy firing. Gossip. Favoritism. Company employees blame temp workers to avoid write ups...it's pathetic. If you are hired, try to avoid the SOLID DOSE PACKAGING DEPARTMENT or don't work here at all.

The employee incentives are amazing here. Great work life balance and the pay is good as well.

Cons

Very passive aggressive culture. It seems liad back buts its really not dont be fooled. It is still a great place to work though.
