Cons

Leadership changes frequently which causes shake ups for many teams, but my team has so far been uneffected

Great benefits/holidays, banked OT, room for advancement, fantastic internal education and training

Cons

Inconsistent management between retails, very stressful in the busy season (April-June), pay could be better for the level of work required of sales team.

Extremely top heavy, pay has fallen behind other industrial facilites, no accountability with upper/middle management when things go wrong and hourly employees are left to pick up the pieces every time, hourly employees terminated very often for problems that should be solved in other ways. Absent safety department that comes with constant new rules without consulting with those performing work. There is more but i will stop there
