      Some good coworkers and supervisors

      Cons

      Extremely top heavy, pay has fallen behind other industrial facilites, no accountability with upper/middle management when things go wrong and hourly employees are left to pick up the pieces every time, hourly employees terminated very often for problems that should be solved in other ways. Absent safety department that comes with constant new rules without consulting with those performing work. There is more but i will stop there

      Collaborative but individual work too. A lot of traveling to different sites

      Good pay & bonus structure Most employees are great to work with Great benefits & 401k match

      Rapidly spreading toxicity in work environment Lack of strong leadership and vision for the company In-office work, 5-days per week The CHRO - Killing company culture one firing, and one nepotism hire at a time The "Culture of Care" does not exist anymore
