Nutrien is a great place to work, great leaders and awesome coworkers. Benefits are great including a generous 401k match.

Cons

Lots of recent org changes but once the new structure is in place there shouldn’t be much more moving around.

Great company culture, and very friendly to their student interns. The pay for interns' ranges from $22 - $28 depending on your school year.

Cons

They no longer have a hybrid work schedule starting in January 2025 so you'll have to come in person every day of the week.

Pros

There are a lot of good people but management in IT is focused on the wrong priorities.

Cons

Management was not helpful or supportive and didn't help to help employees grow, they were more focused and supportive of contractors rather than employees. Very disappointed in the management who should be more focused on employees. And their lack of knowledge and/or understanding led them to believe employee didn't know anything.
