      Pros

      There are a lot of good people but management in IT is focused on the wrong priorities.

      Cons

      Management was not helpful or supportive and didn't help to help employees grow, they were more focused and supportive of contractors rather than employees. Very disappointed in the management who should be more focused on employees. And their lack of knowledge and/or understanding led them to believe employee didn't know anything.

      Collaborative but individual work too. A lot of traveling to different sites

      Individual work requires being open minded and doing own research or experimentation

      Good pay & bonus structure Most employees are great to work with Great benefits & 401k match

      Rapidly spreading toxicity in work environment Lack of strong leadership and vision for the company In-office work, 5-days per week The CHRO - Killing company culture one firing, and one nepotism hire at a time The "Culture of Care" does not exist anymore
