Front-line and below manager level employees. Most of the good to great employees and leaders are gone.

Doing what is Political and not doing the Right things. is the motto. Play the games, keep your month shut, do not talk to others outside your group, do not cause waves and maybe you will survive. Words from my VP boss, except left out the cuss words.
