Pockets of some good employees, but no sustainability with political game playing and poor leadership.

Cons

Fake performance reviews based on friendship and always agreeing with your boss. Very controlled environment not allowing people to talk and collaborate outside of their own areas with both fear and threats of being fired.

The people who work here are wonderful. The vision of Mike Frank is very exciting and I can't wait for what is to come.

Cons

No succession plan, not a lot of room for growth within departments. Pay is too low for such a big company. Not a lot of PTO.
