      Pros

      Nutrien is made up of smart hard-working individuals with a stellar focus on safety.

      Cons

      Organization struggle with lack of direction. Communication strategy internally is very positive and rah-rah with no insight to how decisions are made, changes in strategy or key knowledge needed by employees. Small teams have great leaders and management but there are a lot of starts and stops in determining overall direction.

      Underpaid and under appreciated

      Benefits, company vehicle, able to take vacation in the winter

      Cons

      Extremely underpaid. You will gain new responsibilities as well as take over jobs for people that have quit due to being underpaid. And through all of this you will not even see an extra penny. I asked for my job title to be changed to reflect what my new day to day responsibilities were. And was just shrugged off as if it did not matter. Run as fast and as far away from this company as you can.

      Company is great, Scrum Master Lead is not

      Pros

      Amazing people mostly, company shows that it does care about its employees.When COVID hit they didn't waste any time making sure that what was best for their employees was done. This included Remote Working, helping testing and providing vaccines as soon as they were available.

      Cons

      The person who runs the Scrum Masters is a egomaniac who thinks that he needs to run his team like he is still in the Navy. When I left I knew 10 people who had quit citing him as the reason, 4+ of which didn't have a place they were going, they just had to get away from him. I knew several people brought to tears after his 1-1 because of his temper and management style.
