Your comments around our position as a progressive company and an industry leader are appreciated. With regards to our office space, we recognize that every employee works differently, especially with five generations in the workplace for the first time ever. This means we must build a workspace that is modern yet accommodating for all styles. We believe that a modern workplace design is based on providing employees with more choice. In our Loveland office, employees can take advantage of their workstation, conference rooms, patio with WIFI, cafeteria and social spaces, including wellness centers and training rooms. We also recognize the need for audio privacy and lighting. In constructing the Loveland office, we implemented white noise and other sound absorbing fabrics and ceiling tiles, as well as large windows for natural light and landscape views. The future will involve embracing more technology and a higher focus on problem solving/innovating and collaborating, we believe the design of our newer office spaces will support this.
