Pros

Super data driven, amazing peers, space for speaking up, great benefits. For a data professional, it’s really awesome. I grew a lot in the past years and there’s never a dull moment. Definatelly the best company i’ve worked for so far. Plus, it’s super natural to rotate, so if you’re feeling bored, you can easily ask for reassignment

Cons

Some people think the company is the same as 5+ years ago and are super disrrspectfull towards some difficult decisions company-wise. Also, there isn’t a standardization on leadership. You may get some REALLY GOOD ones, that will push you to be the best, but you can also get some toxic, or incompetent ones. It’s really a gamble, and there’s no bottom-up evaluation, so managers are generally protected by their role, as long as they deliver results and suck up whoever is above them, no matter how awful their ledees are feeling. Also, you are obligated to go to sao paulo at your own expenses (except it you got a remote contract) every 3 months or so (most business units). That’s an average of 1-2k/month spent, between accomodation and flights, depending on where you live. Make sure to count that in when you’re talking about compensation
