      Great Culture, an Incredible Product, Transformative Purpose and High Trust Environment

      Very young company and a lot of things to build from zero. Sometimes appears to have a lack of processes, but is part of the maturity. If you don't have entrepreneur spirit, will be harder to adapt.

      As one of the most important startups in Latin America, Nubank offers many challenges for those who want to defy the status quo and truly innovate in different areas. We have a very informal workplace in which we feel free to be ourselves and bring our best without the need to put on a work persona. It's also very fulfilling to be able to work alongside so many talented people that come from different backgrounds and bring diverse perspectives to the challenges we face.

      Cons

      As a fast-growing company, sometimes Nubank struggles as we double sizes every year, but at the same time we see a constant effort in trying to improve processes, communication and make everyone involved.
