      A great place to work, but product maturity & work/life balance depends on each BU you’re at

      Pros

      A nice salary, great culture, interesting people, the app is well developed, there are interesting problems to solve, the brand is worldwide relevant, the M-Team is super competent and inspiring. Great folks willing to help you.

      Cons

      The product maturity of BUs differ, there are BUs that are overruled by BAs, some people there that act like they are single decision makers. Doing politics seems more important than being actually great at what you do. People compete a lot for attention, more than cooperating to get things done sometimes.

      Yet we still have a lot of daily working hours, exceeds 11 hours a day.

      Cons

      Compensation is not a transparent process. Transparency is definitely thing that lacks the most in this process. Has a lot of managers from other countries who have completely different ranges of salary for the same functions.
