      Pros

      A nice salary, great culture, interesting people, the app is well developed, there are interesting problems to solve, the brand is worldwide relevant, the M-Team is super competent and inspiring. Great folks willing to help you.

      Cons

      The product maturity of BUs differ, there are BUs that are overruled by BAs, some people there that act like they are single decision makers. Doing politics seems more important than being actually great at what you do. People compete a lot for attention, more than cooperating to get things done sometimes.

      Pros

      Lots of exciting bets being made, many growth opportunities, very smart people who also know how to have work life balance

      Cons

      Priorities shift a lot which can be frustrating, but that's part of the game of fintech (very fast moving)

      High level of competence of colleagues You're never the most experienced or highest skilled person in your team Constantly learning and career growing Freedom to explore new technologies Very data-oriented Very technical oriented managers Clojure shop Well-tested, well crafted, always improving code solutions

      Cons

      Executive level decisions sometimes are big-bang and not gradual Promotion strategy isn't based on performance but on the existence of an open role
