Pros

Management is great. GM is super friendly and respects you as a person. Work at manageable pace. Minimal stress. No politics.

Cons

Communication with f&b can be tough as they hire mostly from people who does not have a background in that job level. The pros for this is that it is good to give opportunities to ppl who needs the experience but it might be a problem for people who work with them as they do not have enough experience.
