Pros

I can say Novotel Hotel is one of the best hotel to work for, in terms of week off and holidays, and food for the staff. I got proper off to take rest and they make lots of benefits for staff.

Cons

But this is not good place in terms of salary, just work and learn from this Hotel and jump to another place if you are looking for financial settlement
