      Bad Work timings and suffocating exit procedure

      Free access to a lot of learning portals.

      Cons

      Work timings are pretty off, especially if you are working for a US team. Clients can set up a meeting anytime post midnight also. Hike in compensation is much below the post-covid industry standards. Work is monotonous and non exciting. Exit procedure is non negotiable and suffocating. Hundreds of colleagues who have left are facing challenges with their FFS, the company doesn't care and leaves no stone unturned to make your exit a horrible experience.

      BPO Nightmare!

      Pros

      I can’t think of many pros as a former sales professional who passionately gave my all to this role and was sabotaged by a jealous and threatened colleague who felt the need to fabricate a story to interest the BPO in removing me. My manager and colleagues were scaredy cats who didn’t have my back, though they admitted that I was treated unfairly and not given consideration.

      Cons

      Run! This company is on a witch-hunt. They don’t care about their people. Anything you do in a customer facing role can be misconstrued and used against you anytime. Forget about a fair trial or hearing your side of the story. The blood thirsty BPO will take any unverified tip-off and dismantle someone from their role. It’s really unfortunate.
