Pros
The salary is competitive. The benefits are very nice, in terms of Multisport pass being free. For a time being, it was possible to receive a phone with paid SIM. Those days are gone. Very, very good bonus. It's all about the money.
Cons
High workloads. In the end, all that matters is your time to work on a ticket. Your bonus and efficiency is measured by ticket completion and speed. Tickets, that's the name of the game. Colleagues are encouraged to spy on each other, ensuring that they complete their work. Monitors have been setup in the open space area to compare each other even more. Never mind the fact, that each project and each ticket may vary so much that a comparison is foolish. I know of colleagues who would work 7 days a week. Many work above 9 hours. Support from management is minimal and ends up being collateral damage control, nothing more. No encouragement to improve, and you won't have time for training or looking past your plate. Your plate will be full, all the time. You are expected to work 9 hours a day, there is no compensation for overtime and should you have the audacity to ask it, it will be frowned upon. Management does not actively look at hiring people for the job, but people they like and that might fit in the job somehow. It is a closed-knit group. Instead of hiring a new person, they will shift people around teams if they can't find someone they 'like'. Yes-(wo)men make sure that orders are executed, whatever the fallout may be. No pushing back from the orders above. Avoid them if you wish to keep a work-life balance, and your sanity. Please also consider these examples which I have witnessed: a colleague who was doing work above her pay grade and outside of her scope well over 24 months in a Western European country (tact. buyer -> cat. manager work). A colleague showed interest in another position, and his manager encouraged him to apply to said position. He did so, yet heard nothing from HR. So, after a while that person wrote to them. They received word that the application of the colleague to the position was rejected in the system by the same manager, without any explanation, some time before that. Another colleague showed interest in another position and once it was discovered that the colleague was looking into other positions, the manager contacted the manager who had opened the position and warned the colleague not to engage in such behavior. I myself was discouraged from looking into other positions internally and it was 'forbidden'.
