You get a generous 50% off discount. Great pay-but dependent on position-I should say. You get your basic 9am to 5pm schedule.

Cons

NO BENEFITS--MAJOR SET BACK. When I am sick or have an appointment-I can't really take off-expected to come in-even when I am incredibly sick. Doesn't have anyone else trained to do frosting, other then the baker-and he is our only baker as well. Frosting is repetitive and redundant work. Can be very stressful-especially when you're the only froster.
