Pros

The job itself is decently easy. 20% discount on all retail. 50% discount on 1 cake a month. Free cake for your birthday. Hours that the store is open is good (9-6).

Cons

The owners play favorites with their stores (they own 2 locations) and with their employees. The pay is terrible for all the stress of the job, but they still find it in their budget to do huge donations every week. They managers and owners will text you constantly if there is a problem, rather than talk to you about it on your next shift. There is never enough staff, we are constantly hiring and constantly losing people. The froster job is the most stressful. Owners are very unprofessional

Fun atmosphere and very girly if you like that. Cakes are delicious and I always had fun.

Cons

The atmosphere really depends on the manager. It's a small space and you won't enjoy work if you don't like the current one.
