Stressful environment. Can't even be considered as organized chaos. Yet somehow you still manage to have fun.

It's usually a fun job. There's always something new to do and learn. Coworkers usually are awesome and make the job worth it.

Cons

There's no communication whatsoever. There always seems to be some sort of issue or drama. It's almost impossible to have a work/life balance.

It can be fun at times and faced paced. Free cakes for your birthday and major holidays. Not many pros

Cons

Owners don't know how to keep their employees. I worked there for about a year and I have seen about 6 to 7 people just come and go. And three employees quit in a fight. Only way you'll enjoy this job is if you have good management. Positive feedback rarely given. But are big on critiques.
