-Fun compared to other retail/food service jobs -Good pay -Good product

Cons

-Asked to lie to customers about BOH processes -When given criticism (which was frequent) managers were not interested in hearing what you have to say, even if they made assumptions about you -Stressful when busy which was almost everyday -Constant turnover of employees -Gossip was rampant -Felt pretty much constantly disrespected -Asking off was just a mess -Schedules are given out weekly instead of bi-weekly so it's difficult to plan things around work

My experience working at nothing Bundt cakes

When I first started working there everyone was nice and we are like family and I got to learn so much I love it and it's only been like what 8-10 months. They did feed you in the one I worked at which was nice.

Cons

After working there for over a year you kind of hate it and pretty much I was doing all the hard work with some girls while everyone was talking or on there phones. I only got like a eat quick and no talking lunch break which is really not far. I before I got fired for missing one day and I let my boss know that I couldn't get anyone to cover for me. ( I been asking people for 2 weeks and everyone said no or they don't work there) also what I hate about where I use to work my boss was racist to me on what she said to me and that really hurt my feelings and I was still in high school
