The cute store is a nice environment to work in. Employees are granted a discount on purchases twice a month.

Cons

Franchise owners are micro-managers...freely treating the minimum wage employees with no respect. It is against my passion and respect for baked goods to sell frozen cakes sealed in plastic wrap. I am not a good match for promoting the cakes under the premise "that cakes are baked daily" but not revealing how many days ago. I will work here until something else becomes available in the mall...since I prefer to walk to work.

It appears as a sweet little corner store bakery with lovely and energetic employees, but the truth is not as it seems.

Cons

My employer was abrupt and scheming when it came to my employment. The cakes and frosting are tasty when you don't know what they're made of.
