The cute store is a nice environment to work in. Employees are granted a discount on purchases twice a month.

Cons

Franchise owners are micro-managers...freely treating the minimum wage employees with no respect. It is against my passion and respect for baked goods to sell frozen cakes sealed in plastic wrap. I am not a good match for promoting the cakes under the premise "that cakes are baked daily" but not revealing how many days ago. I will work here until something else becomes available in the mall...since I prefer to walk to work.

There were no pros to working there.

Cons

Everything. The boss was extremely controlling with everything. You couldn't even take your phone to the bathroom without getting a passive-aggressive email sent to the entire crew.
