Pros

Best company to start as junior cabin member, they recruit without experience now.

Cons

No pension, only temporary contracts now, staff travel is bad.

Pros

The airline is a dream to work with. Great people, awesome pay, easy environment. A great way of reporting a dealing with things such as colleague conflict and passenger complaints. You have the option of joining as a junior, becoming a senior, line trainer, line checker. ground instructor and base chief! If you're nice to Crew Office (hard sometimes), you will get the best roster every, 5 days on, 4 days off! Layovers in Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen and sometimes parts of Spain. Enjoy them while you can! Great flight discount, you only pay the tax, however, due to it being budget, you'll be taking your chances getting a seat!

Cons

THE SHORT HAUL AGENCY: Please note if you work for Norwegian Short Haul in LGW, you will legally work for Aeroprofessional. They are terrible to work for. Unorganised, they pick favourites, no communication and are spiteful. Literally everyone in LGW dreads the day they have to contact them (most days tbf). If you're going to work for a brilliant airline like Norwegian, apply for Long Haul, at least then you will work for OSM which is much better in terms of employer.

Cons

Health insurance is 166 per month, the rostering system is terrible, OCC is horrible you have to call them all the time to fix things on your roster in addition to them sending you wherever they see fit, no control of schedule, no jump seat agreement Calls made from cell phone abroad are not covered and one does this all the time Hotels suck, they practically us in the middle of no where by airports usually far from the city or anywhere to purchase food No union either ;in case you’re into them the company hates unions) No retirement plan matching There is no employee handbook for USA cabin crew Friends and family flights pretty much non existent
