I've been cabin crew- flight attendant at Norwegian for over two years. Instantly given roster from day one- no reserve lines. Free luggage, uniforms, meals. All international travel. Generous travel benefits within company. Forever expanding. Open door policy with management. Free breakfast at all hotels. Lots of opportunities to move up within flight department. Great salary and per firm.

Cons

Service training should be module within initial training. As it is currently, service training is learned on the job. This adds to inconsistency from flight to flight.

Onboard environment, new planes, expecting new planes and routes. Great colleagues to work with. Place to gain experience.

Cons

Some trips could be really long, scheduling bad handle, neither agreement with other airlines nor Norwegian Short Haul.

The process is very fast

The assessment test (second part) is too short in order to answer 42 in 12 minutes besides is very confused at the beginning to figure how you match the answer with what they have there confusing confusing
