I've been cabin crew- flight attendant at Norwegian for over two years. Instantly given roster from day one- no reserve lines. Free luggage, uniforms, meals. All international travel. Generous travel benefits within company. Forever expanding. Open door policy with management. Free breakfast at all hotels. Lots of opportunities to move up within flight department. Great salary and per firm.
Cons
Service training should be module within initial training. As it is currently, service training is learned on the job. This adds to inconsistency from flight to flight.
