      Great staff but minimal pay increases

      Benefits and PTO are good Friendly staff

      Cons

      Minimal yearly raises despite the hospital making record profits. A lot of staff turn over due to lower salaries compared to other hospital. No regard offered for seniority.

      HR and management is horrible

      Pros

      Steady paycheck, was able to network and build bonds with some fellow colleagues. They helped out in a bind. Always an opportunity to get OT on weekends since it's high turnover.

      Cons

      HR continued to allow my insurance premium to be taken out when I switched to PRN. When I tried to give them the separation date my manager had they claim they were given a form that reflects a "different date" but refused to show me the proof. Because of this I was denied the complete full refund I was owed. Compensation for prn is pretty low compared to most hospitals. Management needs a whole revamp. They have a manager who is a narcissistic bully and doesn't care who she offends. She also takes joy in pinning other coworkers against each other.... it's like she thrives off drama! Quite a few supervisors who worked under her already came and gone because of her wicked ways!
