      Great Company very engaging and always here for employees.

      Cons

      EVS Leadership at Duluth is very lacking. The manager is self absorbed with no report with staff not even a good morning to her staff. The Supervisor is oblivious to whats going on. Unfair and inappropriate leadership.

      This is a big brand in hospital, resume builder, patient quality reputation

      Cons

      Lack of responsibility for employees, COVID response has been abysmal at best. Unorthodox management policies, lack of flexibility for healthcare workers, “COVID hotline” “Human Resources” They aren’t helpful and if you test positive, you have to use PTO and get unpaid leave if you don’t have it. Lose lose situation all around

      Supervision is terrible , when they don’t feel like doing their jobs , they toss it off the leads who then think they are some part of management , the hours are long for no reason , and attitudes amongst the management is not needed .. they make you feel as if you’re bothering them if you have an issue
