Some flexibility of hours relating to work life issues. Lateral moves available after 6 months. Healthcare /dental/vision insurance benefits available. Initial 1 day standard orientation provided.

Cons

Lack of standardized training. Payscale not competitive for all areas of medical billing. Telecommuting not available for non-patient facing positions.
