Pros

No redeeming qualities or benefits.

Cons

Unethical team and program management. Toxic environment with nonstop turnover. Average time on devstar is 12 months for PMs. Average time on sentinel program is around 16 months. Mandatory overtime without pay. Horrible favoritism. Unrealistic deadlines.

Pros

A gym and decent facilities. Nothing else. Pay and benefits below average.

Cons

Unfair and unethical work practices, high employee turnover, gossip, no work-life balance, micromanaging boss, favoritism, discrimination against veterans and reservists, unrealistic workload. Stay away from DevStar and Sentinel.

Devstar nightmare

Business Outlook

Pros

Flexible schedules and somewhat average pay

Cons

Incompetent and inhumane management. Turnover is crazy and there is no support. Total mess because they can't keep people for more than 12 months. Somehow managers make director but nobody on the team gets promoted before they quit. Senior management does not pay attention and they do not care, even though their company values highlight building and retaining teams. This is a horrible program. Do not make the mistake of working on devstar or sentinel.
