Pros

if you need to start your career here or don't really like pushing yourself then work here.

Cons

company likes to police personal lives of employee with "code of conduct" policies which have minimal bearing on the workplace; they are bleeding talent because they put "culture" over talent. company doesn't create a results first environment and care more about a participation trophy culture than results with due to kickback contracts in collusion with Department of War.
