The work is challenging can be challenging in a positive way. Lots to learn and will receive a lot of exposure, and positive interactions with other teams and hardwar

The Salary is on the low end and bonuses are quite low. Raises only happen once a quarter so if you don't qualify you have to wait a year

Pros

They have a big campus. Seems pretty hard to get laid off. Work life balance is important. It’s possible to grow in your career if you are proactive.

Cons

Crackdowns on return to work and flexible schedule. Feels like management makes poor decisions and treats engineers like they are hourly. Not a lot of truly creative work being done, would have to go to another company. They don’t expect much from you but the pay also reflects that. You can’t get a raise without moving to a new role,
