      1. Good work-life balance is good 2. Flexible working timings

      Cons

      1. No growth even if you are highly skilled: not many internal moves within Nokia Australia. Toxic high-level managers 2. Higher-level management in Australia doesn't focus on customer technical requirements; instead, they focus on engaging Admin TPM guys and loose the customer confidence 3. Higher-level Management in CE team just closes their eyes and fight within themselves and find someone to finger-point and do nothing. 4. Nokia is good but higher management is highly toxic in Australia 5. Not sure why you need a Nokia SRA certification? if someone works hard to achieve something and they are not given opportunities internally

      Pros

      Bonuses are nice: Christmas + Easter bonus. Also, there's medical insurance and others. Opportunities for growth, work is fulfilling imo.

      Cons

      Pushing for on-site working; 3 days in the office for hybrid workers. On-call working in some weeks, even though it is paid, it can be stressful. Also, depending on the team, some managers are... very into managing, let's say.
