Pros
Bonuses are nice: Christmas + Easter bonus. Also, there's medical insurance and others. Opportunities for growth, work is fulfilling imo.
Cons
Pushing for on-site working; 3 days in the office for hybrid workers. On-call working in some weeks, even though it is paid, it can be stressful. Also, depending on the team, some managers are... very into managing, let's say.
