- Exposure to various areas of telecom - from wireless to mobile core to transmission and more. - Chance to work with colleagues from other offices all over the world - Small but solid R&D team

Cons

- Very bad middle management with poor vision, weak leadership and terrible product management skills. - Lack of focus on competence development.

Business plans for Broadband and LTE in particular is good. Lots of good people working hard in these areas.

Cons
