Pros
Co-workers were great -- some of the smartest folks I've known. In my environment, at least, the schedules were flexible, telecommuting was allowed, and the benefits were pretty good.
Cons
The pay was okay, but raises corporate-wide were small and scarce. Communication from upper-management was, as I saw it, a one-way street, and only the "good stuff" was communicated. If there was something less than stellar, I typically didn't hear about it until I read about it on some third-party web site. Everything seemed to be a secret.
