The trainers were amazing. They were very detailed and provided a A+ level of training

Cons

The actual work was a bit overwhelming and the company policies were against my ethics. I believe in helping customers not stringing them along and telling them lies. There were opportunities where we were able to help customers but some of the policies made it too hard to help enough people
