      Good place to learn as they use lots of technologies

      Pros

      They have great work environments, you will get to work lots of technologies if you have skills. You can change your role easily as they have lots of new products.

      Cons

      more defects on fast developed products and troublesome continuous drills to fix the defects. Managements decisions changes everyday on every thing. You get the constant repulse of being confused.

      Pros

      Flex time. Parking garage. Low stress. A lot to learn. A lot of time to learn on your own.

      Cons

      No training. No big picture explanation. OFTEN have nothing to work on - always waiting for something from someone. Not very technologically advanced. Your experience will depend on your manager, team, and department. Took me about 8 months of working here before I sort of had an understanding of where my role fits in. And I'm still not quite sure.
