      Pros

      It's mostly a decent workplace for interns/freshers to start their career with a better hike.

      Cons

      Recently there's been total shift in management hire from Byju's and some famed product-based org. It's getting clearly visible to employees of their newly Byju's culture in Nielsen. This is really a big blow.

      Pros

      - Flexible on work/life balance - no minimum days in office, hours can be done any time (good for a parent with young children like me!) - Lots of different areas for anyone into data/analytics - I've stayed for so long partly on account of being able to move across very different types of business - Welcoming culturally, I made some lifelong friends here

      Cons

      - Hours can be long, headcount pressure is constant with lots of churn - Salaries below market median when compared with the clients paying for our services - Strategically chaotic

      There is a lot to learn. Good work culture. Expectations are high and so is the opportunity to improve. If you work hard and improve your skills and if you are valued in the team, then its good.

      Cons

      All depends on whom you report to. Clear hierarchy.
