      before GCC the whole management and company is good. work culture is good. now after GCC don't have any pros for this organization.

      Cons

      After GCC - - No work balance. - Salary hike is same for existing and newly joined employee(partiality). - When you have on call support activity on saturday,sunday. manager not even providing the alternate holiday or extra pay. Even he mentioned dont log this weekend time in timesheet.
