You can work remotely and they allow you to do your job without being on your toes all the time. They provide equipment and the people working there are friendly and professional.

Cons

Salaries are low. People working on Gracenote have highly specialized profiles, some even with graduate degrees, speak multiple languages and have broad experience in media; however, salaries don't cut it. They recently cut out PTU.
