Right now I feel as if Nielsen is on a downward trend. Dave Calhoun has suspended promotions and raises for six months, and there is a hiring freeze, on top of layoffs in the latter part of last year. This is not helping employee morale. In fact, this strategy is going to drive away talented employees who will find opportunities on the client side where they will get rewarded for their hard work.

The senior management has gone bad. Initially it was mix of offshore and onshore teams so there was a balance. With complete Byjus management they are just doing favors by giving salary to everyone beneath them. They favour anyone who's either from Byjus or amazon, it's clearly visisble. They are making it a Byjus 2.0, Amazon 2.0, bringing the worst of both worlds. Management is just anti-employee and if company wants to do good please remove the top management CTO, Directors from Byjus and get someone good and reasonable. It's just becoming another lala company
