      The people you work with on a day to day

      Cons

      I've been with Nielsen a long time and I miss past leadership and people. Under Private Equity - it has gone downhill. From culture to morale, it's gone. Keep your head down, but leadership is awful. CEO that's absent, new CMO that just lays off the team for now reason, bringing in new leaders because of the name of past companies you've worked for - hard work is no longer rewarded.
