1. Most colleagues are super friendly and smart 2. Great office locations 3. WLB towards L, not W

Cons

1. Some people I worked with are clueless. Never know what the product is about and never bother to learn 2. From the latest NYT piece DK wants to turn offices into meeting places. For those paying big bucks for a shoebox apartment that's a really thoughtful decision. 3. WLB towards L, not W 4. Middle management tends to be clueless. I've seen people not knowing any ML leading a team of MLEs 5. The love of using whatever buzzwords DK uses. Eg. "AI". Keeping saying AI won't make this company an AI company. 6. Salary way below average (check Glassdoor before you accept an offer) 7. Minimal upward mobility 8. Currently not doing so well and there are waves of furloughs and layoffs

Could not find any after over 5 years.

Cons

Poor leadership in digital, narrow minded individuals, promotion of millennial leaders over others with more experience. HR rules by intimidation and fear. Political organization not a tech company. Feedback is only welcome if you agree with leaders propaganda.

-Work can be interesting and engaging, with real sense of purpose -Opportunity to take on new opportunities by raising hand -Friendly colleagues

Cons

-Poor senior leadership and management. -Promotion is often about who you know, not what you did..current management got Nielsen into the current situation yet have somehow all retained their jobs -Lots of productivity initiatives - minimal pay raises, job elimination, yet no real technology implemented to create efficiencies -Not always honest with clients
