      Leader in marketplace with products, good compensation, good management.

      Cons

      Lots of change with integration of multiple companies into just one. Will ultimately end up selling the company (currently owned by private equity firm).

      Allows a person to rely on him/herself which is a great thing. You are compensated for your work and you do not rely on others.
