Pros
1) Great opportunities to work with many different nationalities from different cultural background. 2) Office atmosphere is very cheerful and full of activities in celebration of cultural events. 3) Senior management shares the goals and achievements for local offices and global headquarter. 4) Recognitions and award for great performance.
Cons
1) As a branch office of the global company, the structure within the organization is very localized and somehow disconnect in communication with other offices in the region. 2) No clear structure for employees to advance their career within company. 3) work with global name but local spirits, not truly an american company in MENA region at the end
