Pros

Great place to work at, and great company to work for. The Call Center that I was located at was a very clean, friendly, enthusiastic workplace. Most of the people there have smiles on there faces and are very friendly. The management team is a great team of individuals that are willing to help you progress in the workplace. They have Seasonal Positions but can place you in year round Interviewing positions if your performance is above the bar. The training program offered there is paid, and a great training program for those who take their work serious.

Cons

Seasonal Work, Which has its upsides and downsides. If you are looking for full time year round position, they do offer it to those individuals which are above average on the phones...
