Pros

Tech stack is good as compared to competitors

Cons

No hike, Low chance of promotion, 5 days work from office with time being tracked, looks like you've returned to a school. Amenities are not so good. Management is bad. Forcing everyone to come to office for 5 days. No food, benefits & bonus

Pros

Super helpful and kind people surrounding you at all times.

Cons

The tech was very disorganised and the code for our specific team was not very well written. The quality of work was not the best.

Pros

The remote work in the US is great, and the truly flexible PTO is good. They do seem to care about DE&I and inclusion.

Cons

Since the acquisition by private equity in 2021, it's been a long slide downhill with constant layoffs. They have offshored the majority of the staff to India and Mexico, and are focused on cutting costs with no clear strategy. The technical teams seem to trying to turn Nielsen into an AI first company, which is having a detrimental effect on panel and data quality. So many wonderful and talented people have been laid off. Raises and promotions were also indiscriminately paused with no clear communication on when they would return.
