Teams work incredibly hard to try and provide the best customer experience possible with the fewest resources.

Cons

Layoffs have happened every single month for at least 10 months straight. Company is unable to give any direction on career growth and expectations. Data integrity has declined sharply in recent years with changes made to methodologies.
